Aktualny stan prac w projekcie: „Opracowanie i wdrożenie skutecznego modelu podnoszenia praktycznych umiejętności zawodowych uczniów Zespołu Szkół Technicznych w Czartajewie we współpracy z lokalnymi przedsiębiorcami” finansowanego ze środków otrzymanych od Islandii, Liechtenstein i Norwegii w ramach Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego w ramach Programu Edukacja.
Od czerwca 2022 r trwają prace nad opracowaniem Rezultatów Prac Intelektualnych tj. opracowaniem Programów Praktyk dla wszystkich 8 zawodów prowadzonych w naszej szkole oraz stworzeniu Platformy do skuteczniejszej realizacji praktyk krajowych. Wspólnie z partnerami projektu oraz pracodawcami z regionu powstają materiały edukacyjno-szkoleniowe, które będą podstawą funkcjonowania Platformy szkoleniowo-ewaluacyjnej wspierającej organizacje praktyk krajowych naszych uczniów. Wspólnie z partnerami z Grecji, Norwegii i Polski pracowaliśmy nad określeniem minimalnych wiedzy, umiejętności i kompetencji przyszłych użytkowników platformy, opracowaliśmy scenariusze realizacji indywidualnego programu praktyk w tym dla poszczególnych etapów edukacyjnych dla każdego zawodu a także wybraliśmy oprogramowanie do warstwy technologicznej Platformy. Aktualnie trwają prace nad implementacją materiałów szkoleniowych oraz nad intuicyjnością poszczególnych funkcjonalności modułów informacyjno-szkoleniowych.
W październiku przedstawiciele polskich partnerów wzięli udział w dwudniowym szkoleniu z rozliczania i raportowania projektów z II naboru w Komponencie III i IV, w czasie którego mieliśmy okazję wysłuchać ekspertów Operatora Programu Edukacja a także beneficjentów innych projektów, którzy przybliżyli nam cele i działania swoich projektów.
W listopadzie odbyła się seria spotkań z przedstawicielami partnera norweskiego oraz szkół, które planujemy odwiedzić w ramach wizyty studyjnej razem z pozostałymi polskimi partnerami. Planowany termin realizacji wizyty to marzec 2023 r.

The current state of work in the project: "Development and implementation of an effective model of improving practical professional skills of students of the Technical School Complex in Czartajewo in cooperation with local entrepreneurs" financed from funds received from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway under the European Economic Area under the Education Programme.
Since June 2022, work has been underway on the development of Intellectual Work Results, i.e. the development of Internship Programs for all 8 professions conducted at our school and the creation of a Platform for more effective implementation of national internships. Together with the project partners and employers from the region, educational and training materials are created, which will be the basis for the functioning of the Training and Evaluation Platform supporting the organization of national internships of our students.
Together with partners from Greece, Norway and Poland, we worked on defining the minimum knowledge, skills and competences of future users of the platform, we developed scenarios for the implementation of an individual apprenticeship program, including for individual educational stages for each profession, and we also selected software for the technological layer of the Platform. Currently, work is underway on the implementation of training materials and on the intuitiveness of individual functionalities of information and training modules.
In October, representatives of Polish partners took part in a two-day training on settling and reporting projects from the 2nd call for proposals in Components III and IV, during which we had the opportunity to listen to experts of the Education Program Operator as well as beneficiaries of other projects, who introduced us to the goals and activities of their projects.
In November, a series of meetings with representatives of the Norwegian partner and schools that we plan to visit as part of the study visit together with other Polish partners took place. The planned date of the visit is March 2023.
